@Hook when registering a new plate the owner of the car can decide to add the abbreviation of the city on the right blue side of the license plate (under the EU logo) but it’s not too common to see, especially nowadays. This one has a plate holder that says BMW Roma (Rome) so it’s pretty easy to guess where he got it 😂

Hahaha. Yeah in this case it is easy, but that’s where he bought the car, it doesn’t tell where the owner is from. @Dalzzz

@Hook the license plate app says Rome too, but that’s also where the car was registered

@Hook I have two but one almost never works, he one that I use is called “Targa Scan” but I have no idea if it’s available for other countries too. If it’s not and you need help with some license plates when you come here in Italy just @ me on one of my spots or text me on IG
