I found this 2019 Aston Martin DB11 V8 Volante driving down Greenwich Avenue on 11/30/2019. I haven't seen it since. Very fitting plate. The owner used to have a (much cooler imo) Aston Martin DBS Volante which I have spotted and will link in the comments below.
